Orders are typically sent out from our warehouse in PERTH on the following business day after we’ve received full payment, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Some products may have extended dispatch times, in which we will contact you and advise.
Delivery charges are as set below;
WA – $9.95
NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, ACT, TAS – $14.95
NT – $24.95

At Best Pillows, we collaborate with 8 primary couriers—Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramex, Allied Express, TOLL, Hunter Express, CTI Regional and FEDEX to offer you the best delivery options at competitive rates and expedited service.
Please note that couriers other than Australia Post cannot deliver to post office addresses (PO boxes, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect). If an undeliverable address or incorrect information is provided, dispatch of your parcel will be delayed until accurate details are provided.
Unfortunately, pick-up or arranging your own courier service at our warehouse is not an option to ensure the efficient dispatch of all orders from our distribution centre.
Delivery, receipt, and damages:
Upon delivery of the goods to the nominated delivery address provided by you, the customer, ownership and risk of the goods transfer to you, subject to payment. Anyone at the designated delivery address who accepts the goods will be presumed by us to be authorised to receive them.
In the event of goods being damaged in transit or not being received, please contact our customer care team at (phone number) or email us at (email address) We will guide you on the best course of action for receiving replacements and returning any damaged items. Prior to sending a replacement, we will require photographic evidence of the damaged item and its return.
For multiple-item orders, if we are awaiting stock arrival for any item, we will postpone dispatch until all items in the order are available, if this is not desirable your goods can be part shipped.
We will dispatch your order to the address you supply, and we cannot be held liable for any delays resulting from inaccuracies in those details. Should goods be returned to us due to an addressing error on your part or failure to collect, we reserve the right to request a second delivery fee from you.
